Why Is NPS Pharmaceuticals’ Orphan Drug Gattex (Teduglutide) In The News ?

       On November 29, 2012, NPS Pharmaceuticals announces the online publication in the peer-reviewed journal, Gastroenterology, of the 24-week Phase III study, STEPS, for orphan drug Gattex (Teduglutide), for the treatment of Short Bowel Syndrome (SBS). The citation for this journal article and a link are provided :
