  1.  Friday, December 21, 2012, Alexza Pharmaceuticals’ non-orphan drug Adasuve for acute treatment of agitation associated with schizophrenia or bipolar I disorder in adults
  2. On or about Friday, December 28, 2012, NPS Pharmaceuticals’ orphan drug Gattex (Teduglutie) for Short Bowel Syndrome (SBS)
  3. On or about Friday, December 28, 2012, Aegerion Pharmaceuticals’ orphan drug Lomitapide for Homozygous Familial  Hypercholesterolemia (HoFH).
